Flexible Administrative Assistant

My passion is to assist you in all administrative matters! With over 20 years of experience in corporate administrative and customer service settings, I have the knowledge and  experience to help you take your business to the next level. 

During these trying times, you need reliability and flexibility. I am experienced in working remotely (virtually) as well as on-site and look forward to tailoring my methods to your needs. Through all the positions I have worked in, in Canada and reaching beyond, I have gathered transferable skills and techniques to help you stay on top of the many tasks your company and department faces and take some of the organizational work off your hands. Let’s free up some of your time so that you can devote more time to the projects and ideas that inspire you! Through my past experience with many wonderful teams around the world, I have seen a wide diversity in management and leadership styles over the years and look forward to integrating into yours!

    What are the steps in hiring you as my Flexible Administrative Assistant?

    1. Please contact me via the contact link to schedule our first meeting
    2. I will send you my calendar and you can choose a time that is convenient for you
    3. We will have a 30 minute Zoom, Microsoft teams or Skype meeting or telephone call to discuss the administrative assistance you require
    4. I will get back to you within 24 – 36 hours with my suggestions how I can assist you, which package would work for you or if your required assistance could be project-based

    What are your working hours?

    I typically work conventional business hours, however, I have the flexibility to set my own hours and will work with you to determine what works best for you and for your operations

    I am in the Pacific timezone, however, I will try as much as possible to accommodate the clients’ needs by working in different time zones

    Will there be a contract and a confidentiality agreement to protect my and my clients' privacy?

    Yes, absolutely. Once you have decided on the package that suits your needs and we discussed and agreed on the tasks, method of communication and timeline, I will send you a contract and the confidentiality agreement

    How will we communicate and how often?

    During your on boarding we will discuss your preferred method of communication: e-mail/phone, Zoom, Microsoft teams or Skype as well as the frequency

    Is there an extra charge on rush projects? Will you be available on evenings and weekends?

    In general I believe a pro-active approach is a lot more cost efficient than rush projects. However, I understand that there could be unexpected rush jobs once in a while. Please contact me and we will see how I assist you in such a situation. Sometimes there are simple solutions

    Evenings or weekends – as I mentioned above, I have the flexibility to set my own hours and will do so in order to assist as best as possible

    How will you be protecting my data?

    I use enterprise-grade security and monitoring services to ensure the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of my client’s data
